State Testing Dates

State Testing Dates: Chase County Schools

Each Spring, Nebraska students in grades 3-8 are required to take the NSCAS test and students in grade 11 are required to take the ACT test.

 

Chase County Schools has the following dates set for our testing.  Please try to have your child in school on the following days as these tests are required by the Nebraska Department of Education. Tests will be made up if students miss these days but we’d love to have them done on the originally scheduled days.

 

Elementary

Third Grade: Reading on March 26 & 27 and Math on April 23 & 24 (9:30 AM – 11:00 AM)

Fourth Grade: Reading on March 19 & 20 and Math on April 16 & 17 (8:05 AM – 9:30 AM)

 

Middle School

Fifth Grade: Reading on April 9 & 10, Math on April 23 & 24, and Science on April 30 & May 1

Sixth Grade: Reading on April 9 & 10 and Math on April 23 & 24

Seventh Grade: Reading on April 9 & 10 and Math on April 23 & 24

Eighth Grade: Reading on April 9 & 10, Math on April 23 & 24, and Science on April 30 & May 1

 

High School

Eleventh Grade: ACT test on April 2, at the Berean Church in Imperial.

 

Not State Testing:

9th Grade – will complete a Practice ACT Test on April 2 at CCS. (not official ACT score)

10th Grade – will complete a PreACT Test on April 2 at CCS. (not official ACT score)

12th Grade – will complete missing homework or participate in a community service day.
