What an incredible week we had as we wrapped up September! On Friday, we came together to recognize the achievements of our amazing students and dedicated teachers. Our PBIS celebrations were truly a highlight—this time, we had the joy of honoring not only our weekly winners but also our monthly champions, making the festivities twice as memorable!
Each week, anticipation builds as students earn their tickets, and when the month ends, that excitement peaks as we draw our special monthly winners. And let’s not forget our phenomenal teachers, whose passion and commitment are the heartbeat of our community—they, too, were celebrated for their outstanding contributions.
Thank you to ALL of our teachers for working day in and day out to help mold our wonderful students into the outstanding beings they are. It was a moment filled with pride, joy, and gratitude for everyone who makes our school such an inspiring place to learn and grow!

Chase County FBLA Gives Back! 💙
Chase County FBLA members stepped up this weekend to make a difference in our community by completing one of our many community service projects. On Saturday, our members spent the day packing meals for Mercy Meals for Southwest Nebraska—and together with other volunteers helped pack more than 87,000 meals! That is an incredible accomplishment!
Mercy Meals brings volunteers of all ages together to assemble fortified meal packets containing rice, soy, dried vegetable flakes, and essential nutrients. Once packed, the meals are collected and shipped through the Orphan Grain Train, a Christian relief organization that distributes food to orphanages, schools, refugee camps, disaster relief sites, food pantries, and communities in need around the world.
What makes this project so meaningful is the incredible impact that can come from people working together. Meals can be produced for just 14–17 cents per individual meal, allowing volunteers to help provide nutritious food to people both locally and around the world.
We are incredibly proud of our Chase County FBLA members for giving their time, working hard, and showing what it means to serve our community and make a difference! 💙
87,000+ meals packed. Countless lives impacted. One great day of service!

All of our 9th graders received their PreACT8/9 scores today and studied the items they missed. We also celebrated the students who were in the Top Ten of the grade on the English, Math, Reading or Science subtests. In the spring, we will celebrate growth! Great work everyone!

Our Chase County FBLA high school and middle school officers had an incredible opportunity to attend the Fall Leadership Conference in Kearney last week!
During the morning session, our officers attended a variety of leadership and officer workshops designed to build their leadership skills, learn more about FBLA, and prepare them for a successful year. They also had the opportunity to network with other FBLA members from across Nebraska and listen to an inspiring keynote presentation from Patty Hendrickson.
In the afternoon, our officers put their knowledge to the test by competing in objective tests against FBLA members from schools across the state.
We are excited to celebrate some outstanding accomplishments!

The first graders got to build a model of their community in Mrs. Leibbrandt's Social Studies class today! They had a lot of great buildings such as the fire station, town hall, church, library, school, houses, and even Sweden Creme! This was a fun way to wrap up their unit "Mapping Our Community"🏘️🗺️📍
