Students in grades K-4 earn tickets daily for being safe, respectful and responsible. At the end of the week we draw one ticket for each grade and that student is recognized with a prize and a photo. We drew early this week as students are off tomorrow and Friday for fall break.

The Imperial FFA Officers receive a donation of $788.22 from Angie Worth of Veterinary Services and the Zoetis Industry Support Program. Vet. Services is a distributor of Zoetis products and nominated the Imperial chapter to receive this support. "THANK YOU VETERINARY SERVICES AND ZOETIS FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!"
Today all 9th and 10th grade students completed the PreACT Tutorial in their English classes. PreACT testing helps students set goals for their future. Help your student do their best by ensuring they have healthy sleep and nutrition habits prior to test day!

Chemistry is working on their midterm practicum! They found the atomic mass of "Jackobean" (Jb) using their skills of isotopes and average atomic mass.
Today was a fun food lab for Anatomy and Physiology! They took fruit by the foot, nerds, and pull and peel twizzlers and made compact bone models.
This Wednesday, October 16th, is Unity Day. We invite any and all to wear orange and take a stand against bullying.

UPDATE: Due to a high number of seniors wishing to take the ACT this fall, we have added a testing date. Seniors who wish to take the ACT this fall will now test on November 4th. They must sign up to test.
