Today's PBIS winners! These kiddos were kind, considerate, and respectful by holding doors open for others to walk through, helping others in need, and following directions completely and in a timely fashion. Shout out to these wonderful role models showing friends how to act The Longhorn Way!

Today Mrs. Bauerle's 5th graders used a Kagan Mix-Pair-Share activity to discuss relationship-building content with their peers in order to increase feelings of safety, trust, and understanding for an optimal learning environment. All teachers are practicing Kagan this year!

A successful afternoon at CCS College Fair! A BIG thank you to NACRAO & Education Quest, CCS, PCS & OPS students, and all college and military representatives!

Have a great week!

We had our first PBIS drawing on Friday! These kiddos were the drawn winners for showing character traits of being respectful, responsible, and safe! These are characteristics are what our school feels encompasses many other traits that we want to instill into our future leaders. Ask your children about their PBIS tickets. The grade level boxes were full and we have had an AMAZING first few weeks of school!

First staff golf outing was a success!

The High School Art Dept. created this collaborative project to start the year. This is inspired by the artist, Keith Haring. "Show Your True Colors." Each student created at least one figure to add to the project. This is displayed on the bulletin board in the commons area.
