Hey everyone, that time of the year is coming up quick! Cross Country practice will begin at 7:00 AM on Monday, August 7th. This is the beginning of official practices for all high school runners. For junior high, this first week will be voluntary. You may certainly come and run with us, but it is not required. We will begin official junior high practices on August 14th. I realize that is fair week, and if students are busy showing animals or for any other fair activity that is certainly no problem. We usually don't start official junior high practices until school starts, but this year we have a race on August 24th, only 2 days after school begins!! Please let me know if there are any questions -- all practices before school begins will go from 7:00 AM until usually around 9:00 AM. Some will be shorter, and some may take longer if we travel out to the country to run hills.
All of the coaches are looking forward to another great year of Longhorns XC!!
*Also, remember that you need a completed physical in order to begin practices!!
**If you have any questions or know of anyone who might want to participate, please shoot me a message.
Thanks!! -Coach Zuege

Class of 2024, we would like to have the majority of the senior banners ready for display in the Longhorn Gym during the beginning of volleyball season. If you haven't filled out your form or contacted Heidi Anderson about your plans for your banner, please do that ASAP.
As a reminder, she can take your photo AND order your banner for $70 or you can submit one of your own senior photos and she will order the banner using that photo for $50. All seniors will keep their banners after graduation!
