Chase County teachers participating in a Kagan Cooperative Learning Training on their return to school after Labor Day!

The High School Art Dept. created this collaborative project to start the year. This is inspired by the artist, Keith Haring. "Show Your True Colors." Each student created at least one figure to add to the project. This is displayed on the bulletin board in the commons area.

Reminder that students do not have school on Monday or Tuesday this week.

Longhorn boys today were team champions of the Cambridge Invite! Haven was meet champion, Navy 5th, Brayan 6th, Andrew 8th, Trevin 11th, and Lleyton was 15th. Way to go Horns!!

Longhorn girls had a great day at the Cambridge XC meet. Tessa finished 7th, Esmeralda finished 10th! Awesome job ladies!

JH runners at Cambridge Invite. Addison won the girls race, Hayden finished 7th in the boys race. Great job today by all of these runners!!

FFA members going to Husker Harvest Days you need to bring at least 5 non-perishable foods items for entry ticket. Items they need are peanut butter, canned meats (tuna, chicken), soups and stews, expired foods will not be accepted. Bring items to the Ag room by September 12th.
Middle school science is learning all about scientific method and writing lab reports. Our first experiment is testing which type of bubble gum will produce the largest bubble!



The next FBLA meeting will be next Thursday, September 7 in Mrs. O'Neils room. If you want to apply for the Fall Leadership Conference, make sure you bring your form to the meeting. Stop by my room to pick up a form if you didn't get one. Dues can be paid to Matt Murray.
