In accordance with State and Federal Regulations implementing the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA) this is to inform you of our intent to destroy personally identifiable information related to Special Education maintained in Chase County Public Schools, Imperial, Nebraska.
If you wish to maintain this information for your personal records you need to notify us upon receipt of this notice and prior to March 15, 2023. Records for students who have been out of special education services for a period of five years or more will be destroyed; this would include records prior to March 15, 2018.
